After such a good day yesterday, I decided to give it another try. Took "Riley" with me on a short road trip in the area. First bank had two 40%ers in a tray. Next few banks had nothing. Then I hit a silver mine at a BOA. The teller said he had 8 rolls that a customer brought in a few days ago. Then he said if I was looking for "old ones" he thought there were a lot them in the rolls. I asked him how he knew that and he said that the customer brought in some "old dollar coins" as well, but someone took them already. I asked the if the customer brought in any nickels, dimes and quarters and he said "no, just the dollar coins and these rolls of halves." Hoping this wasn't "just a line" to get rid of the halves (which is a common ploy by tellers trying to dispose of "dumps") I headed for the car and could see a little excitement on 'Riley's" face. Well, as the photos show, I wasn't disappointed. Each roll had a bunch of 40%ers. No 90%ers, but that's okay. TOTALS: (1)...1965,
(8)...1966, (28)...1967, (19)...1968 and (5)...1969. Total for the day: (61) 40%er's and no heavy "dumping" to do. Thanks again, Rich. I really believe you are shining down on all of us. R.I.P.

Excellant score!! I opened a roll of halves the other day, and asked Rich to help me out a little. I got one walker and one franklin. So I beleive hes still in the game in his own way. HH
