Hello!
It's kinda slow in my office so I took a little bit of an extended lunch today and headed downtown to do a little detecting! Here's what I managed to dig today:
1954 Rosie dime (Silver coin #85 this year!)
1940-S Wheat cent
1942 Wheat cent
1956-D Wheat cent
4 clad quarters
10 clad dimes
2 nickels
19 Memorial cents
I had an older gentleman watching me for a few minutes ~ he watched me dig the 1956-D Wheat cent ~ he thought that was AWESOME, so I gave it to him ~ it was a super treasure to him (no biggy for me obviously)! The 1954 Dime and the 1942 wheat cent are "P" mint ~ kinda weird ~ usually we dig "S" & "D" mints here in the west!
I took a picture of the silver dime before and after I gently cleaned it up.
Thanks for looking!
Neil

But I simply cannot find another silver coin in WA. I know they are there. At least in oregon you guys are scaring them up out of the ground!
