Another rally post

I went to a rally with Crusader at the weekend where we met up with Silver Searcher and Robfinds!
Spent three nights in the middle of a field sleeping in a tent! Had a good laugh if nothing else

The detecting was a bit bad though and i didn't find much in the two days we detected, but i enjoyed myself anyway
It was great to meet Rob and SS!!

Best finds were a tiny saxon strap end and a medieval dagger/sword chape!

I got 5 very bad romans too!

Great addition to the rally posts and some nice finds! Not sure if I would like a rally hunt but would be nice to meet up with some of the great hunters! I prefer small group hunts but just lucky to hook up with a local friend to detect, LOL. HH, Mike
