I found this in the box of keys I got the other day . I had one back in the 70's on my bike . When I first looked at it I figured it was from the 70's - nope , This one is Pat'd Jan. 9 , 1889 . There are some on Worthpoint , but I don't have a subscription .

Cool. Now that is something you don’t see every day.
 
Amazing becuase it appears half the bicycles in that era were penny farthing....the rest being rudimentary /early conventional style bicycles. Nice find!
