Nice find! I can't wait to see it after your finished with it!

Very nice buy!!!

Thats a beautiful table!
I found an old dresser once at a garage sale, it was the ugliest thing you ever saw, paint was peeling off of it, it looked horrible! The only reason i bought it was because after careful inspection i could tell the wood was in great condition, so i brought it home, sanded it down, polyurothaned it, and it was the prettiest thing you ever saw when i finished it!
Just goes to show you, if you look past the outter layer, theres usually something beautiful just waiting to be uncovered.

I agree with you Trish, I used to have a small used furniture shop and I would buy collectibles and beat up antiques, refinish and repair them and resell them..( only if I didn't wanna keep it for me lol which did happen alot) but I do love to refinish and fix up those golden oldies... I love anything old..lol.. now dont be going off on that line ya all...

Very nice ! Here is a similar one in an 1895 Montgomery Ward Catalogue . Yours looks a little fancier .

Do you have a time machine ? If so , I would like to borrow it , there's a bunch of stuff in this catalogue I would like to buy .
