That's a steal! Heck, that ruler's probably worth 2 bucks. Nice!
 
Speedometer for a ship/boat. Propeller pulled along in the water is on line w/cable that is connected to speed indicator. ( I had to look it up :D ) Nice find.
 
That is the tiniest one I have ever seen, must be for a small craft. Very cool.
