Could someone please identify this for me, is it a cobblers knife ? cheese knife , pizza cutter, skinning knife ?, it is 6 " x 6 " , I'm just not sure. Thanks !

Looks like an old ulu. Common in Alaska.

Gets called a sausage knife in some places..
Stuff cut up with a pressing rocking , more than a chopping process in a rounded bowl.
