Hi SwampHunter, the answer to your question about what do large cents come up as? Got me curious, so I took one of my large cents outside and it came out as a dime on my Bounty Hunter. Hope I was some help.

i have been detecting for a little over 2 years, i have found 6one in shelbyville area and the rest just north of grand rapids.
