✅ SOLVED Any thoughts what this could be

Found this toady. It has an ornate design on it. Metal is copper or brass? One end is solid with what looks like a star with 5 dots around it. The other end is open and has wood or cork in it with a small hole on side.

That's a thought . But it's almost too small to hold. Only 2" in length.

Perhaps a parasol handle...there were those with a L shape.

Thanks villagenut, it does appear to be a handle. I measured the open end with the wood and the diameter is less than a 1/2 inch.

I took a picture holding it to show how small it is. It does look like a handle. But not sure to what.

Thanks villagenut, I did find some examples of a parasol/walking stick handles not as small as the one I found but look similar. So I'll put this down as solved.
