The US government has put this massive sell off in the capable hands of Dick Blum, chairman of the CB Richard Ellis Group (CBRE)

Now that sounds like a sweet gig! 3% or even 6% commission if you could convince someone not to get a buyers agent!

So I haven't crunched too many #s, but it looks like maybe 19 billion? At 3% you would make nearly 600 million $.. I am in the wrong business!

At least this was the case last year, Good luck everybody!

Back in the 80's I looked at one for sale, price wasn't bad, except roof leaked, furnace was bad and remodel was to expensive. I think it's still vacant.
