Inflation is built into the fiat currency system. It's part of how it works. It isn't going to be under control, ever.

I'd love to have that position, but if I put together all the silver I've found with my detector in my entire life, I might be able to buy lunch.

I've been stacking hard for over a decade and my family thinks I'm nuts haha.

It's a long term savings for me. Just a place to store unspent labor for the future when I might need it.
One thing I've noticed is that ive never had buyers remorse with PMs.
