Anyone from Davao del Norte

Saw Davao del norte on the news again about traces of small gold bits being found along the river bed. Does anyone know which river it is? I only heard that it was close to a dam.

Is this open to everyone? Do you need to secure a permit?

I would love to try my detector there!
