Anyone from Ft. Lauderdale area?

Good friend has not responded or posted on media in awhile - afraid
for him since last time i heard from him he had gotten out of hospital
after complications from covid

Bill Harris...last he talked to me he said he had gotten covid and got out of hospital and had some complications but was on the mend and doing better at home...he said he give me a call ...that was like 3 weeks ago...no response to texts or calls...no activity on his fb last time my gf checked...I'm worried

Sorry for your losses my friend.. I had close call myself...I've told my gf if worst happens to me..to make a post...signed her up just for that purpose

I only know him from the South Fl. Treasure Hunters Club which hasn't had a meeting in almost 2 years due to Covid. I quit the club about 4 years ago. I'll call a couple friends that might know something. Hope he's okay. Ed

Thanks - i had talked to him like 6 weeks ago and he was not out of the woods yet with his health - he said he couldve died
When we talked he had just gotten home from hospital and was tired - so he said he'd call in a few days...he didnt - thought nothing of it - Im not a priority in his life...Im sure he will get to me eventually especially doc told him to stay in bed for 30 days. I ended up texting him some pics of finds and some nice food dishes and each time i did i expected to get a phone call the next morning - didnt happen no reply at all. another week went by then another and i got worried - asked my GF to check his FB page and she said there were no current posts. I made a call and got sent directly to automated service. Long story short -
he just texted me and said he is still with us and thanks for the concern and he will hopefully call me in the mornng.
Thanks for everyone that replied or tried to help in some way
