Yeah, harborfreight.com I've seen them sell for as little as $5. usually they are $15. They measure in pennyweight, grams, & ounce.

I bought the durascale 100. It weighs in 7 different units of measure. It has a thirty year warranty and comes with weights to calibrate it. You could spend less, but I like it a lot. it has overload protect and weighs up to 3.5 oz.
