Anyone help tell me what this is?

I found these rocks while testing a new metal detector. The detector picks them up. I'm hoping someone can tell me what they are. They are heavy, metallic looking interior (busted one open), and not magnetic.

are you from the lead belt area of MO? Location might help ID

Sorry, I found these in my yard, central Florida. Lakeland, in between Tampa and Orlando.

One of the ingredients of that rock may be iron sulfide (pyrite) or iron oxides (iron ores). I'm not 100% sure but I think that may be why you picked them up.

Maybe some type of slag from an old furnace. Iron oxides are not necessarily magnetic and some slags are heavy. Considering its in Florida that would be my best guess as there are no known sources for what your showing known to me.
