Anyone MD'd in Haiti?

Trying to get out to Haiti later this year. Anyone ever been there and detected?
I know they have a cruise ship port, but I will be going solo so will want to try other beaches, inland and scuba.

any advice appreciated!

I think he's talking about crime and corruption. Ie.: muggings, etc... Don't buy rolex watches from strange men on street corners in trench coats, etc.....

if you combine the weights of all the registered users, take their height into consideration and divide by the number of registered users it's pretty safe bet to say that the final result would represent the weight of a fat person

Unless you have something specific you are going to look for(and a body guard),
go try the other side of the island. I would think, better chance for goods, in the DR.

I have been to Royal Caribbian's private beach in Labadee. A rather tall security fence was obviously there to keep the passengers safe and the locals out. Here is the latest state department warning for Haiti.
