Bent-twig wait to you see how good a April "greg-rocks" is having he found a smokin killer piece the other day he should be posting his finds soon.

great day of hunting pick, I can see you tearin it up even more once they plow that field.

That a field where you want to take earth moving equiptment and take the whole top layer to sift. Great finds and killer field. Thanks for taking the time to take the pics to share with us.

Nice finds Pick!
See if you can get permission to dig any of those areas. I used to field hunt and it was about 95% broken stuff and anything big was busted. A buddy ran into an older guy who put us on digging at likely spots and while it was harder and a lot less found almost everything was whole. We were young and strong so it was no problem!
A couple of bends from the river in one of those little creeks at the top where the field starts was always a good starting spot. I love those Pickaway and Ross county fields! Good luck.

Thanks for all the replys.
Newnan most of those were found out by the buckeye lake area.
We did try digging one hump, but gave up quick due to finding more on the surface.Plan on hitting my dig site next weekend for the first time in 09.
