Yup, like any chain, off to a great start, then rapidly downhill after a year

Yeah use to be really good. The one in Elyria still has the big electric sign but its a boot lol. I quit eating there after they took the shredded lettuce off the roast chicken clubs. And got rid of their regular fries, I don't understand the big craziness over the curly fries.
