Hey folks!
Okay, I didn’t exactly take zoology 401 in college but I know buffalo aren’t nocturnal. However, how you do explain that the last several buffs I’ve found have all been at night or around sunset? Hmm? [emoji23]
Talked to a couple neighbors this morning and got permission to do some detecting down the block. I finished up dinner and got out for 1.5 hours. The first permission was a little bigger and I managed a couple tax tokens, then a couple 44-S Wheats and the surprise 36-D buff at only 2 inches deep.
Then I went to the other little permission I got which had very few signals. Lucky for me, one was silver! A 57-D Rosie. Nothing too fancy but it’s my 50th silver coin on the year. I’m a bit behind last year’s pace but to be fair, I was detecting at an unsustainable rate last year (at least for a young married guy with a job and a semblance of a social life lol).
Well, thanks for entertaining my posts as always. Good luck out there and happy hunting all!
