My husband had a bid walk near Marina Del Ray so I tagged alongIt was my first time at Venice Beach so he dropped me off to do my thong, oops my thing:Did a little of both dry & wet sand,got a token that says Good For Base Fare--LA& got a coin seems to be Jewish maybe?junk jewelry except for the heart earring.Dug up Armani & Versacealso my match boxcars,they seem to like me& my coins as well,,HH

Good MD memories of that area; I lived five blocks south of the Venice pier. On days of heavy winds coins would become exposed. Walking towards the sun, the coins would reflect sunlight and easy to spot. Many times they were sitting atop a pyramid of sand that had yet to be blown away.
