Granddaughter found this under a pine in my yard. I live beside a small creek called Leslie Run in a rural Ohio town (Negley). Can anyone give me info on it, such as time period, tribe, or value?

Nice find! Looks like a side or corner notch point and probably pre-dates written record of tribal names. Several thousand years old. Try this site for some more information about side notch points in your area.

Flint type looks like "Mercer " material.
Coshocton area BUT being N/A migratory habits could have put this type anywhere in Ohio.
Woodland era point type.
Very nice point.
