Perfect day today parks were packed. So I went detecting in the woods to avoid people. Found this on the surface. Not sure exactly what it is looks like it was notched. Any information welcome. Also am I the only one that sees a face on the right side? Above what I’m assuming is the ear of a projectile. I didn’t even notice until I went through my pictures. I can’t unsee it in every picture. Thanks for looking

Not an artowhead, at best a reduction piece. Do yourself a big favor and don't get caught up in seeing Imaginary shapes in rocks. It will lead you down a path that will lead you away from finding real artifacts.
