I got lucky I caught him the first day he was moving in. I’d pass often just to see because it was for sale. Dead end street so I basically house stalked. I caught him in the right mood, but I don’t go often not to wear out my welcome. I’ve noticed he’s a little temperamental at times. But where on good terms after I bought him the finest sweet tea in Louisiana as a house warming gift. It was hot as hell that day)

Yeah I realized that. Thank god the owner is the meanest SOB and hates outsiders. I just happen to have a in and it was a thin in from his son I know.
