I am just now figuring out how to post on here. This was from two short hunts in one day. about five hours total. I normally find at least twenty dollars a day in clad, and lots of jewelry. I have found over a thousand dollars in clad and silver/gold this year. I will start posting more. Enjoy.......

Not sure if this is how I respond to all, but yes I am the only person who is allowed to metal detect in the parks I hunt in. I broke my old iPhone with all my pics from the year, but I have the last few weekends on my new one....... If I knew how to add them I would........the wife only let's me out on Saturday and maybe a few mins on Sunday. I have a five month old baby, best find yet!

Nice finds. My mom winters down in Vegas and she just bought a detector this year so I was thinking about coming down to show her how to use it. What are the regulations like on the parks down there?

The city parks are free to detect in, but the rest are off limits and patrolled by security.....unless you have written permission from the HOA. Let me know when you are coming and maybe we can go detecting.

Thanks for the info and the invite. Hopefully I can make it down sometime in January. I'll definitely let you know if I do.

There are a few ghost towns close but I have never detected them. St. George Utah is a good place for old coins, and its only a two hour drive. Lots of gold detecting here, but my machine is no good for that. I hope to buy one soon. Just let me know.

nice Hunt if I had one like that I'd thought I'd died an gone to heaven. HH

You are having some great finds wish i was there.

Hi Chad, as you can see, I'm in vegas as well, maybe you and I can get together for a hunt during one of these weekends, P.M. me. Jon.

That's quite the haul!

All the best,

Lanny
