I was detecting the banks of the Sugar River in Claremont NH today when this popped out from a foot down, I thought it might be a hat badge but no luck so far, any help is greatly appreciated. Btw it measures 4-1/2" long x 2-3/4" wide.

May be a frame for a cameo or photograph, but certainly it is old, congrats! 8-) Sub

Looks like an old mini photo or mirror frame. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1430569770.993093.webp. Wonder what else is out there?ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1430569859.126296.webp
