Awesome permission today

So I'm on vacation,lots of old history around here so i went door knocking . First two places were a bust but the third (built in 1760) said sure no problem.
Yes , very excited to hunt such an old property.
I started about 9 am and finished after 4.
Nothing amazing but I did finish up with a nice veriety of finds. One 10k gold ring, two coppers, 2 indian heads,one silver Rosie, couple of flat buttons,a musket ball, bunches of wheats and all kinds of other odds and ends.
Not a ton of colonial stuff but im thrilled with what I got. Hope to hit it again in a day or so.

Awesome finds there, I love the old coins. I did some door knocking recently on some of the 1700's houses nearby, I was lucky that everyone I asked let me metal detect, the only problem is that I never found anything of interest except for a couple wheaties! You got some really nice finds there, have fun next hunt there, I am sure there is more.

Steve it's pretty toasted.. it has a bust facing right and a pony tail but no detail. Not sure if it will clean up any but it may be my oldest coin in the states.
