Got permission from a abandoned farm house. Dont know the year but its old. Found some cool stuff but not what I'm used to finding. Some things I do not know what they are. The three spoked cover for something, approx 3" dia. The copper piece with the face on it? Approx. 1 1/2 ". I believe one coin is also British like the 1773 GEORGIVS . 111 R E X. I found , but as you can see the face is to the left on this one, perhaps 1750 era? A gold plated Token, it reads CABLE /GROVECAT/PHILA. The reverse reads P.A.OF A. SOUVENIR ST. LOUIS MO. JULY 1894/PHOTO-/MATERIAL/W.P. BUCHANAN/ PHILADELPHIA/PA. I found info researching it. The decorative piece I see now after I cleaned it that it was a broche, so I have to go back and find what was in the center of it : ). My first V nickle 1909 and a wheatie 1918. A button the biggest I've ever seen, 1 3/4" accross. aA smaler button probably Gold plated and what I believe to be a small belt buckle. A axe head yet to be cleaned and a small european saddle stirrup? I need some help with a few items but mostly the coin with the face turning to the left. I thought it might be another British 1/2 cent but a earlier era 175? Thanks for looking.

You are on a really old site. Keep at it and the finds will be nice! Seems like a good spot to see some Spanish Silver.

Thank You all, I wish I knew more about this old homestead but unfortanatly at this time I do not. I just drive by it day after day and finally seen a fellow there and stopped in and chatted with him. It is a shame as the creek near by now actually run into the basement and comes out thru the stone walls on the down hill side. Litterally shraight thru the house, it wont be long in will be a pile of rubble and history is lost forever.

Great finds you got some nice stuff there, keep pounding that site!
