Looks very nice. Try taking it to a jeweler to get it tested. Many small shops will check for free.

The ring looks like it might have been sized, which sometimes removes the markings on the ring. Sure does look like gold. A lot of the tiny ones are 10k with a CZ stone, but you never know.
