Just passing info along to those that might be interested. Been a boring few weeks and I’m waiting on books to arrive in the mail. “St. Johns wreck”. 400 pages worth. I’ve been doing more and more research about all of the wrecks on the Bahama banks and it’s fascinating. I’m sure you old timers have some amazing stories not many people have ever heard!

At least one of the verso guns is in the melfisher museum in keywest...Corey explained it all to me a few years back and they were still conserving artifacts from that wreck then....beautiful preservation of that gun...Corey is a master conservator for sure !! It was my honor to see it in person with Corey there to explain the process behind its conservation !!

Kevin (SADS) once came across a site, where cannons were showing all over the area, with quite a few visible cannon balls also.
