bank cut me off due to holiday

I called my usual pickup bank to order coins and was told that they can not order me any more boxes until after the holiday. What gets me, is that I pickup within hours after the truck drops them off. I was told that there is not enough space for them.

1) if you're not happy with the bank's policy, don't use them anymore.
2) many bank's vaults are small, trust me, I've seen several vaults-- tellers let me into the vault to retrieve my coin when in orders of 4+ boxes
3) due to the holiday, everything is pushed back a day since banks are closed on thanksgiving, including TD bank.

and...

4) you're not too happy.

The bank I use for pickup. I think they have one small safe under the counter that has the coins. Not sure if each teller has their own small safe or what. I picked up a box of nickels today and the teller was like I might have one in my safe.
So I'll be working on my first LOOMIS box later. Wonder if it will bring different results than my String boxes.
