Banner stone Calhoun County Illinois, should I buy it?

Friend of mine has this for sale wanting $1000 for it, any thoughts on it would be appreciated.

What's the history on it, where was it found? Did he find it? Have you used a loupe on it? If so what did you see? Was it cane drilled or stone drilled?

Bull dozen peach orchard out about 30 years ago and it was found by someone he knows ,that's all I know. It was cane drilled, he has collected for probably 40 years I'm waiting for more pictures of it. Haven't had a chance to have it im my hands yet,just pictures.
