Im not sure what i have here I thought at first it may be an old stone cannon ball but its not completely round and it looks like it has quartz in it.Any insight would be appreciated.

I've found one or two "roundies" in PA. Let's see what the peanut gallery says because I chalked them up to natural occurrence.

It looks like quartzite to me. Quartzite tends to take on a rounded shape when it’s in water. It looks natural.
