Wasn't there a bit off confusion on how the banner system worked at this point hence the voting from members was introduced.

Marc & I would banner things If they were Valuable & the pics looked good after a Vote Or two.

that [h=1]1792 Half Disme!!!!!!![/h] found in New Jersey went up within Minutes of it being Posted that was on Marc & I
