It says "The Great American Pastime" picture of a player with a bat.
appears to be an equipment chit from a little league or softball league team equipment inventory control.
The back side says "JUGS Range Pro Equipment"

My guess is that it is a token to operate a automatic pitching machine. (Juggs being the maker of course)
