Beach Find- AGE? Bronze Lakshmi Hindu India goddess

Hurricane wash up on the east Florida coast St Lucie County isolated beach area. Hand cast heavy bronze with a capital letter M on the back. Flat base as if a mantle piece. Unknown blank rectangular plate on the front. Some green and white aging. Lakshmi sitting on a lotus flower. Hindu India goddess, Found at end of September 2017

It's a religious offering. Check out Nicola White Mudlark at Tideline art on youtube, she is finding Hindi offerings in the Thames. In Hindi religion the Ganges river is sacred, if you can't get to the Ganges, any river will do (if you believe in your spirit), if you don't have a river, then the closest body of water is your next bet.

Edit: I doubt it's that old, but my money is hedged that it is a religious offering some.
