Hollow point on heavy clothing not my first choice. Hollows can be filled with a variety of things to reduce rapid expansion and other reasons. Depending on what is fired into , generally most devastation caused by expending maximum energy in target. Not passing through. Self defence ammo can include some modified version of basic hollow point with clogging ability of clothing in mind. unless civilian population disarmed ,stock not a threat?. That said hollow point odd choice for target practice!.
