🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Before I throw this away....

I figured I would ask here if anyone has ever seen anything like this...
Clearly not a bullet, found in a playground probably a month ago.
Seems to be solid copper..

Probably the end of a catch for a door or window. We can see the top half is oxidized more than the bottom half, indicating the top was exposed to the air while the bottom was encapsulated inside some sort of housing preventing it from oxidizing as much.

That's a good point, I never considered that.. and the cutout section on the back ?
