Bicentennial 1976 S half. 40 or 90 % ??

I found a 1976 S clad cameo proof today with the shiny copper rim that looks like shiny clad junk.

But, I also found a 1976 s with a solid silver rim. Looks ands sounds like silver ? I don't have a scale to weigh it . No copper at all showing on the rim. It does'nt have the mirrored cameo look like the above mentioned clad cameo proof.
Is it a 40 or 90 % silver coin
Any Ideas ..

It's a 40%. I have found 6 in the last year and keep them seperate cause I think they are neat and rare. Congrats
