I'll get home on Friday or Saturday and take a picture of one of the coins. I gave the other coin to a friend, but I'll ask him to take a picture of it. I haven't identified which sultan they belong to, but maybe we can figure it out here on the forum.

If I'm reading the AH date correctly as 1300, that would correspond to 1883 and Sultan Abdul Hamid II.

I think it's from this sultan from 1839.

To satisfy my colleagues' voracious hunger from forum for artifacts, I asked my friend to photograph the sabre hilt that he found on the same wreck.

After all the artifacts found so far, it leads me to think that the shipwreck is probably from the Crimean War. The ship was probably under a French or Austrian flag.

The two silver ones were twenty meters apart. The gold coins were about 150 meters away.
