Big woods...

I found some new hunting grounds. Old fields that are now under full grown trees so no grass or bushes to worry about year round which is sweet. The area is massive and separated by different properties with stone walls. The 1865 maps show a lot of houses nearby so i know it was used for a long time. Maybe i find some foundations along the way i hope. Its so big i may have to search hard for hot spots with finds but at least i have a new place to go once in awhile and hunt near home. So the first keepers from there today are a animal bell, 1903 Canadian large cent and a silver 1943 canadian quarter. I didn't have all that long and was swinging pretty fast and randomly. Thanks for looking and i hope to post some real oldies from the new spot soon! [emoji106]

Good option when the crops are in, and it's showing some pretty positive results, well done on the silver and copper. Sure beats the prickly ash I was beating down yesterday for little to no results.
