Found this beauty at Manville today. This J&A Dearborn has electric blue hues throughout, as well as a deep graphite pontil retaining almost all of the original residue. (Looks cobalt blue from my shoddy cellphone pictures at sunset, will try to provide some better ones!) The bottle dates to around 1846, and is one of Dearborns first bottles. Sure was the highlight of the show for me!!

Just gorgeous....pictures don't do it justice. I bet you were tickled cobalt seeing it in the hole unbroken.

 MMMM that's just a perfect bottle!

Whoooooooaaaaa

Lucky you! Nice pontil and worth a few bucks if i'm not mistaken. Really nice bottle

Thanks everyone!!!

Villagenut, I was tickled when I saw it.........peeking its bright blue donut shaped top out of a sea of other blobs! Really wish I dug this one, but ended up buying it at the Manville Bottle show.

Some of the other booty. First photo is of everything, 2-5 photos are all of Jersey Shore bevs, 6 has a Spring Lake flask, Sea Bright Citrate of Magnesia, and a $500 fine and imprisonment warning bottle. Picture 7 has some Jersey Shore meds.
