Bottom part of stand broke. How to contact Minelab?

While out yesterday the bottom of the stand broke off. Does Minelab warrant these and if so how to contact them. Thanks

Yes, Minelab will cover the cuff stand under warranty.

Same thing happened to me. Called Minelab in IL and left message with the service lady, Jamie at that time, and they sent me a replacement right away. Get the phone number from the Minelab USA web site.

That’s why I went to a metal one out of steel off ebay. I wish I could find one made out of aluminum. I’ve only seen one made out of aluminum but was around $56 plus shipping and that is just too high.

got in touch with minelab and they are supposed to send me a new stand. that was April 7 and it's now April 29 and no sign of it. Thanks Minelab

Have you reached out to them again? Good chance they are on limited staff due to virus.
