I continue to hunt the 1796 Huguenot property, a recent new permission. So far, its been buttons galore and a large cent which I posted last week. I only had about two hours to hunt yesterday, but my second signal revealed a great bucket lister for me - a 1852 Trime in fantastic condition!

Needless to say, I'm stoked! Loading up for another full day hunt right now. Good luck to all!

Congrats on the trime, Tommy. I can tell you when I was lucky enough to find mine I had no idea it was going to be a silver coin given the VDI. Elusive coin for sure. Congrats!!!!!!

Thanks, Mr. Digger. I think luck has been a major factor in all my special finds. VDI readings are nice, but can be very inconsistent, so I resort to the tried and true plan which is, when in doubt - dig it!
