An old guy that I know says it's a tractor jack. The only thing that's legible on on it is HOO2

bigc,nice ID,i was going to email the machine shed restaurant, a pic,link because one of
the restaurants im pretty sure has one on the wall as decor, i just dont remember which
one, the davenport or the des monies,or the rockford, and the food is great good portions
and service for the $$

We have a restarant chain here that has farm antiquities on the wall too but I cant remember the name.
