I believe it says NOCCALULA. It looks like a work clothes snap. I searched a bit but found no company with that name. I'm guessing it is mid 20th C.

There is a Noccalula Falls and Noccalula Mountain near Gadsten, Al, not far outside Birmingham. Not sure it it is related to that area or not

I thought that also , maybe a snap or overall button, and I keep pulling up the town as well, I am still searching for a company or clothier by that name
