Button Id help...

Found this yesterday and can almost read what is printed in what looks like cursive writing. Looks almost like.....Soyouged.... Means nothing to me. Hoping maybe someone sees something else and maybe has seen this type button before. Homesite found on dates to 1820....Thanks.

Any chance that it reads "Sanforized"?



If so, it's c. 1930's or later— probably from work clothes / overalls made of Sanforized shrink-resistant fabric.
