Detector(s) used
Tesoro Tejan; Garrett AT Pro
Primary Interest:
Relic Hunting
I went back to the place that I found the 1851 Saber Belt Plate and Vermont Button, and had one heck of a day! The construction crew demolished an old 1920s house, and I was amazed at what came out from underneath it!!! I dug well into the night, nugget after nugget! My finds include:

9 Bullets (3 minie balls, 1 gardiner, 1 enfield, 3 colt, 1 round ball)
1 sword scabbard tip
1 1876 silver dime
1 1871 indian head penny
1 1867 shield nickel
1 1810 Large Cent
3 Eagle buttons (2 cuff; 1 Gold plated Coat)
********************** Here come the goodies
1 Solid Cast C.S.A. Button
1 1793 Chain Cent
1 Unknown Token (last two pictures; I think its a Prussian medal c. 1815, it says "NEUE EHRE NEUES GLÜCK" on the front and Voll Muth on the back. I am unsure of the value, any help is appreciated!!!)

Nice hunting!!

Holy moly! Those are some stupendous finds, that Chain Cent is in pretty darn nice shape all things considered, how does the back look?

The back and front both need some cleaning, but to be honest, I dont know how to clean something like this. I don't want to damage it since it is so valuable!

You need to wait on cleaning that chain cent. You do NOT want this to be your first rodeo with a coin so excellent. And please do NOT use water on it. Water is a cleaning method! It is just fine as it is for now. So take some time and gain some perspective. Congrats on these astounding finds!

Your found a German Jetton & in great condition as well. When I get time I can look it up for you, but by then you will probably have a full ID anyway.

Now this is a great hunt for many reasons, Obviously that chain cent is on top of the list!!! , then to top It off you found that killer CSA button, along with all that lead, other old coins and the scabbard tip!, fantastic hunt, you killed it out there!

That CSA button is amazing! You don't see too many of them. That, along with the chain cent and other relics makes this a banner find imho.

Wow awesome hunt, the chain cent is an outstanding find congrats....:icon_thumright:

That's one of those hunts you dream about! The CSA button would have put me over the top! Great job!

Incredible hunt!!! Amazing!
Diddo on what BuckleBoy said.
Dont wet the coin with anything.
Big congrats. If you get a chance take a pic of the front and back again by it self.
Banner all day long.
Thats my big big wish coin right there.
George

I saw this at 5:30 am and spit out my coffee. That coin is something elusive and wicked rare! Congrats, that is a banner find again and again.

Steve

Absolutely amazing hunt. The Chain Cent is a Banner find. I'm putting my vote in now.

One great outing, & I really like the CSA button.

WOW. Congrats on an epic set of finds. CSA button, nice seated, LC...

It is a shame that the chain cent steals the show! Please show us a pic of the back of YOUR BANNER find.

Incredible finds , its one that metal detector dreams are made of
