Cache find??

Hi everyone, I found these three points laying on top of each other in the same hole. Not sure if they would be considered a cache or not? I’m also trying to id the point with no base. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

1st - I noticed this was your very first post. So, Welcome Aboard! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forum: Select Your Area.... and selecting location information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country)...
