Can use any help on maker and year of this statue

I know it is hamlet but can't make out signature

How tall is it and what material is it? It looks like glazed bisque.

It is about a foot tall and not really sure of material but I think clay actually maybe foot and a half

I searched, but couldn't find anything quite like it. I'm wondering if it was individually made by someone who does ceramics?
