Found several toy guns but this one is heavy and encrusted. Just wanted to see if it was a toy for sure

Looks real to me. What is the hole i.d., using your calipers to measure?

One side of the chamber the holes are smaller than the other side. I'm no firearms expert I don't know what that means

The brass fits in the wider end. The bullet exits via the slightly tighter bore.

.22 is 5.6mm. 3.7mm is closer to bb (.177" or 4.3mm) size.

If the inside of the cylinder chamber is 2.1mm than it's very likely to have come from a 2mm pinfire revolver.

Could you switch the calipers to inch" and then measure inside the hole with the point side of the calipers lol.
